Asset Allocation

Give Your Assets the Focus They Deserve

Asset allocation has the single most significant impact on client portfolio results. Still, it is also an area where policy is frequently set based on "what others are doing" or some static ratio and is rarely modified by current market conditions.

Asset allocation is given the attention it deserves at Polysharp Investments Limited. Our asset allocation strategy is based on decades of knowledge from team members managing institutional portfolios. Clients benefit from our systematic methodology for calculating returns and hazards, which results in better returns at reduced risk.

Better Strategy

Polysharp Investments Limited takes a superior approach to asset allocation because we give it the attention it deserves. We have a solid technique for evaluating returns and risks across asset classes and selecting among equity sectors and locations.

We also grasp how the macroeconomic situation affects asset pricing. We maintain continual attention and are prepared to reduce the level of risk in client portfolios when the danger of loss outweighs the potential benefit of taking a risk. Finally, we create liquid, transparent, adaptable, and opportunistic portfolios.

Research and Assessment

Asset allocation is the most potential and underutilized strategy for improving portfolio results. AI and the growing granularity of accessible data enable a cheaper and more versatile deployment than a decade ago.

Our asset allocation selections are influenced mainly by the following two factors:

Value:

  • Is the price-to-underlying fundamental information connection favorable?
  • Has the price risen recently?

Furthermore, we assess these qualities in two ways:

  • Relative: Within the same asset class, for example, comparing the value of stable equities to the value of EM equities.
  • Absolute: This is a relative asset to its history, such as comparing the current P/E ratio of equities to the previous distribution of P/E ratios for equities.
